Construction of the first houses and hangers at the Aeropark has now started and should be completed later this year.

With 18 of the 19 stands already sold and transferred, more construction is set to follow soon.

Erf A17 is 4344 m² in size, north-facing and has fantastic views of the nearby mountains and gorge area. The asking price is R2,300,000, including VAT. Transfer and bond registration fees are payable by the purchaser. No transfer duty is payable due to the seller being registered for VAT.

Like all other stands at the Aeropark, it’s completely off-grid. It does have one point for water provided from our local dam, but that must first be purified before usage. Any purchaser will therefore have to install solar or wind systems for electricity needs, a potable water treatment plant and rainwater harvesting systems for water needs and an approved sewer treatment plant for sewerage needs.
